Renewed Grief Healing Courage

Let's be honest. Courageous actions are often taken when one has much fear. In fact, John Wayne is credited with having said:
"Courage is being scared to death... and saddling up anyway."

Horrendous grief can cause you to be sacred out of your skin. Healing from a grief loss happening may appear a complete impossibility. The will to saddle up your healing pony and ride into the unknown may very well seem like a near impossible journey.
In times of grief and loss it is important to turn down your volume of regrets, resentments, and your fears. Doing so can help you hear more clearly the whisperings of your internal voice. Inside you is an inner voice which acts as a compass giving you direction to pass through your fears and have greater courage.
If you can not be deterred by your sorrow or the pain of your loss you are brave with courage.
There are many synonyms for courage: Brave, plucky, lionhearted, bold, daring, undaunted, dauntless, stout, determined are a few.
Five courage synonyms I like are: valiant, unshrinking, determined, spunky, and resolute.
As you travel on your grief healing journey be valiant in your efforts, be spunky for tomorrow can be a better day, and be determined to make your life more wholesome. 
Don't shrink from your resolve.
When a grief tragedy strikes home, you are left wrestling with your hopes, fears, faith, and your confidence. You can also consider the following 8 courage building blocks.

1- I do solemnly resolve before God to take full responsibility for my grief and loss healing. 
2- I WILL love myself, protect me, serve me, and recognize that a partnership with God will be added inspiration and strength to heal my grief. 
3- I WILL be faithful to my determination to make my life more whole. 
4- I WILL live responsibly in my efforts to reconcile my grief and loss. 
5- I WILL work diligently to provide for my unique personal needs. 6- I WILL forgive those who have wronged me and reconcile with those I have wronged. 
7- I WILL learn from my mistakes, and walk with integrity. 
8- I WILL courageously work with the additional strength God provides to fulfill this resolution for the rest of my life.
