It's Hard To Be Happy, If You Don't LIKE Yourself!

Isn't it interesting, some of the most obvious things, are often, the most challenging to heed, pay attention to, or learn effectively, from? Since, most research indicates, happier people, are often, consistently healthier ones, wouldn't it make sense, to attempt, to proceed, through life, in a manner, which enhanced our possibilities of being able, to truly, LIKE ourselves, also? Shouldn't the often - stated goal, and desire, for health and happiness, become less of an empty promise, and/ or rhetoric, and more of a goal, and direction, to aim for? With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why, its worthwhile to, strive for.
1. Listen; learn; leading; lessons: Will you proceed, through life, making the same mistakes, over, and over, again, or will you focus, and learn some important lessons, from your experiences? Will you commit to become better, consistently, by learning, and improving, because of every conversation and experience? Are you ready, willing, and able, to open your mind, and prioritize, listening, rather than merely articulating some message, which you believe, others want to hear? Ask yourself, if, you would like, someone like you, if you met them, for the first time, and why (would you or wouldn't you)!
2. Integrity; imagination; issues; insights; improve: Unless you maintain your personal, utmost, absolute integrity, regardless of whether anyone is watching or noticing, it will be challenging, to truly, like yourself! What issues, make you comfortable, and which do you try to avoid? Will you take the time, and make the effort, to give yourself, a check - up, from the neck - up, and will that produce positive insights, to assist you, improve, consistently? Will you make the effort, to expand the self - imposed, restrictions of your personal comfort zone, or seek, only, the convenient, often - tired, same - old, same - old, ways? How will you develop your imagination, so you can see, the best way, to make yourself, happier, and more personally content?
3. Knowledge; keen: How will you proceed, with a keen focus and attention, to become, the best, you can possibly become? Will you enhance your level of knowledge, to become your personal, best friend?
4. Energy; emphasis; excellence; endurance: When we proceed, with a high degree of positive energy, it often, makes us stronger, and build up our endurance, and willingness, to demand, our utmost degree of personal excellence! If you make this, your emphasis, you will make yourself happier. In almost all cases, the happiest people, have the best chance for quality health!
